Data Protection (KVKK) Notice

Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as the data controller we transparently explain how we process your personal data.

1. Data Controller

Your personal data is processed by NELIT İleri Teknoloji A.Ş. as the data controller, within the scope explained below.

2. Personal Data Processed

  • Identity & Contact: name, email, phone, company information.
  • Customer Transaction: requests, messages and communication content.
  • Transaction Security: IP address, cookie records and site usage data.

3. Purposes of Processing

  • Receiving and responding to communication requests,
  • Carrying out and improving the services provided,
  • Fulfilling contractual and legal obligations,
  • Conducting information security processes and improving site performance.

4. Legal Grounds for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: establishment or performance of a contract, fulfillment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest, and, where necessary, explicit consent.

5. Method of Collection

Your data is collected through the website contact form, email, phone and electronic channels, by automated and partially automated means.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be shared — limited to the purposes above — with authorized solution partners, service providers and legally competent public authorities. Cross-border transfers are carried out only where permitted by legislation and with the necessary security measures.

7. Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose and the legal periods stipulated in relevant legislation; at the end of the period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

8. Rights of the Data Subject (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed,
  • Request information if it has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly,
  • Request deletion or destruction within the conditions set by law,
  • Request that correction/deletion be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
  • Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis,
  • Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

9. How to Apply

You can submit requests regarding your rights, together with identifying information, by email to info@nelit.com.tr or in writing to the postal address above. Your applications are concluded within the periods stipulated in the KVKK.
